Lost-wax casting
Through our own R&D, we developed a lost-wax casting system and produce our parts in our own foundry.
Our process
Investment (lost-wax) casting produces wear parts with complex shapes, consistent dimensions and clean surfaces.

Wax pattern
An exact wax replica of the part is made and attached to a casting tree.
- 02
Ceramic shell
The wax tree is dipped in ceramic slurry and coated with sand to build a strong shell.
- 03
Dewaxing
The shell is heated and the wax melts out, leaving the cavity of the part.
- 04
Pouring
Molten steel is poured into the preheated ceramic molds.
- 05
Knockout & cleaning
Once cooled, the shell is broken off and the parts are cut from the tree and cleaned.
- 06
Heat treatment
Parts are heat treated for hardness and wear resistance.
